About Us at Stanley Barineau and Son Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

One of our loyal service technicians Jon David, who has been with Stanley for years now, has over 40 years of experience. His father Warren David was the first service technician that Stanley’s father Elbert Barineau Sr. hired when Barineau and Sons, Inc. first opened. So the NEW GENERATION does continue on giving you the same great service and experience that they have for over 30 years!

We would like to introduce the rest of our wonderful employees that work hard to help us grow and maintain the service you expect and deserve:

Marvin McNeil, who has been with Stanley for years, has 40 years of experience as a service technician. He is one of only a few left in Tallahasee experienced in fuel oil and gas furnaces.


Marlon Wilderman has been with Stanley for well over a year now, he has over 15 years experience in service and installation.

Stanley Joel Barineau Jr. has worked with his dad Stanley, since he was thirteen years old as a helper in change outs and installation as well as duct work he is now nineteen years old. He is just about to complete the refrigeration courses at Lively Votech, which means he will be EPA certified. He has made high scores on all his testing, along with this and his hands on experience, he is following in his dad’s foot steps. Since graduating from high school last year he is working full time, in both installation and service.  He is beginning the venture of getting his state licenses and is attending every training course he can.


Seth Scott, is our Installer, he has over 5 years experience and is EPA certified. Seth grew up in this business, and is working hard at being the best in the heating and air condition business.


Our office staff; Cindy Barineau, is Stanley's wife for over 28 years and helps to manage the office, along with Cristina Poole, who in her off time from Stanley Barineau and Son, helps to run her family's business, and last but not least Candace Barineau who is Stanley and Cindy's daughter works part-time when not in school , she attends Florida State and will be graduating this spring, with a degree in elementary education.
